摘要
根据合肥城市电网现状及其远景规划方案,把该城市电网的发展分为3个阶段,确定了不同发展阶段500kV变电站接入220kV电网的方案、电磁环网的解环时机及解环点,对该城市电网的规划方案提出了改进建议。文章提供的实际案例验证了主动处理城市电网电磁环网的指导思想及相应技术原则的正确性,可为我国城市电网的规划及其工程实施提供参考。
Based on present situation and prospective planning scheme of Hefei urban power network, the development of this urban power network is divided into three stages; the schemes of connecting 500kV substation into 220kV power network and timing and locations of breaking up the electromagnetic ring under different stages are determined; the suggestions to improve Hefei urban power network planning scheme are put forward. The practical case given in this paper verifies the correctness of guiding ideology to actively deal with electromagnetic ring in urban power network and corresponding technical principles, so this research result is available for reference to domestic urban power network planning and its engineering implementation.
