摘要
目的探讨应用输尿管镜技术处理肾囊肿的手术方法及其疗效和安全性。方法采用经尿道输尿管至肾盂径路,输尿管镜下观察肾囊肿对肾集合系统压迫情况,直视下用电刀将压迫肾盂明显处肾囊肿囊壁内切开,于肾集合系统隧通,并置双J管内引流。结果9例患者手术均成功。囊肿处理时间5～35min,无严重并发症发生。术后随访3～9个月,平均6个月,结果5例囊肿消失,4例可见囊肿与集合系统相通,囊肿明显缩小,未见囊肿复发。结论经尿道输尿管镜技术处理肾囊肿具有安全、微创、近期疗效确切等优点,远期疗效有待进一步观察随访。
Objective To investigate the surgery method,efficacy and safety of transurethal ureteroseopy techniques in treating renal cysts by incision and drainage. Methods The renal collecting system obvious oppression coused by renal cyst was observed by tansurethal ureteroscopy, and was cut and marsupialized into the renal pelvis by electro scalpel,laser or scar. Results The operations were successful in all of the cases. The duration of cyst managing ranged from 5 to 35 minutes, and no severe complications occurred. Patients were followed up 3 to 9 mouths, with an average of 6 mouths,5 cases re-nal cysts disappeared,4 cases renal cysts diminished, no recurrence of renal cyst. Conclusions Transurethal ureteroscopy techniques for renal cyst are safe,effective and mini-invasive. It＇s worth studying in the future.
