摘要
信息技术的进步和发展已改变用户思维方式和分析深度,通过交互获取用户认知信息成为信息服务中的重要问题。围绕网络环境中的用户认知问题,分析信息技术对用户认知活动的影响。通过对交互式信息服务认知因素及认知心理因素的全方位扫描,提出交互式信息服务中用户认知信息的获取策略,从而为交互式信息服务的认知机制构建奠定基础。
The progress and development of information technology changes the users' thinking and the analysis depth. It's the key point to get users' cognition information through interacting in the information service. Encompassed with users' cognition problem in network environment, the paper analyzes the influence that information technology has on the user cognition activity. By scanning the interactive information service cognition factor and the cognition psychological factor with omni-directional, the paper also proposes strategies of gaining the user cognition information in the interactive information service, thus lays the foundation for the construction of interactive information service cognition mechanism.
