炼油污水回用中高效阻垢缓蚀剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以陕北某炼油厂现场污水作为实验的基础用水,用电化学方法考察了复合阻垢缓蚀剂SW-627与六偏磷酸钠、硫酸锌复配使用时的缓蚀性能,采用正交实验法优化了各药剂的用量,在动态循环条件下进行药剂的阻垢性能研究。结果表明,当SW-627用量为80 mg/L,六偏磷酸钠(以PO43-计)3 mg/L,硫酸锌(以Zn2+计)3 mg/L时,可以保证循环水系统在比较苛刻的条件下(C l-3 000 mg/L,Ca2+400 mg/L,电导率8 000μS/cm,硬度2 000 mg/L)运行,A3钢腐蚀速率达0.021 mm/a,符合中石化小于0.075 mm/a的要求。 The following testing industrial waste water samples come from one oil refining plant in Shanbei. Investigating the degree of antiscaling properties influenced by the different agents using level and dynamic waste water circulating conditions, and obtaining the antiscaling electrochemistry testing data of the combination agent of SW-627, ( NaPO3 ) 6 and ZnSO4. The experiments show that the blending agent can reach the requirements of SINOPEC at the max. value 0. 075 mm/a of carbon steel corrosion. And even under the extreme waste water conditions of Cl- 3 (300 mg/L, Ca^2+ 400 mg/L, specific conductance 8 000 μS/cm, water hardness 2 000 mg/L, the mixture of SW-627 (80 mg/L), ( NaPO3 ) 6 (3 mg/L cal. on PO^3-4) and ZnSO4 (3 mg/L cal. on Zn^2+) can obtain satisfied result of 0.021 mm/a.
