摘要
本文以计算机硬盘盘片旋转系统为研究对象,采用平行四边形法对其进行检测及计算,通过预固定质量块,使用机械磨削的方式对偏心质量进行控制,实现了盘片的在线动平衡。该装置简单易行,实验表明其有较好的平衡效果。
Eccentricity of rotor results in the vibration of rotary machine, so it' s dynamic is balanced by detecting and controlling to reduce vibration. The detecting and controlling system of online dynamic balance which need not stop machine is a focus of dynamic balance field. In this paper, by detecting and calculating dynamic balance with parallelogram strategy, equipment for the system of hard disk driver' s rolling disk is studied; it could reduce the eccentricity mass by grinding the mass beforehand fixed to achieve online dynamic balance of disk. The equipment is briefness, and the result of experiment indicates the good effect of balancing.
