摘要
目的:调查乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表(Mishel’s Uncertainty in Illness Scale,MUIS)、一般情况调查问卷对85名乳腺癌化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果:乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感总体得分48～97分,平均(73.72±13.90)分。疾病不确定感17.65%的患者处于高水平,63.53%处于中等水平;文化程度、疾病分期以及是否合并其他疾病是影响乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感的主要因素。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者普遍存在疾病不确定感,护士应充分重视疾病不确定感对乳腺癌化疗患者的影响,采取有效的干预措施降低患者疾病不确定感,减轻患者的心理压力,提高其生存质量。
Objective：To investigate illlness uncertainty state and its influence factors in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods ：Eighty - five patients were assessed with Mishel＇ s Uncertainty in Illness Scale（ MUIS）, personal data and disease - related information questionnaire. Results：The total scores on illness uncertainty ranged from 48 to 97 with a mean score of（73.72 ± 13. 90）. 17.65% of the patients showed high illness uncertainty, 63.53% of them showed moderate illness uncertainty. Educational level, disease stage and having complications were the main influence factors of illness uncertainty in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Conclusion：Illness uncertainty is common in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Nurses should attach importance to the impacts of illness uncertainty, and take effective interventions to decrease illness uncertainty, relieve psychological stress and improve quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
