摘要
在耕层(0~20cm)土壤容重不变的情况下,采用微区试验,模拟大田容重实际存在状况.研究了下层(20~40,40~60cm)土壤容重改变后对玉米生育后期叶片叶绿素荧光参数和产量的影响.结果表明,不同下层土壤容重处理间玉米叶面积指数和产量及其构成因素存在显著差异,随着下层土壤平均容重的增加.吐丝后叶面积指数、穗粒数、粒重和产量呈下降趋势,容重越大降幅越大.不同处理玉米生育后期叶绿素荧光参数日变化也存在明显差异,其中不仅随着平均容重的增加而降低,且随相邻土层容重增大而降低;随着生育进程Fn/Fm,ФPSⅡ,qP均呈下降趋势,而NPQ变化趋势则与之相反.
Chlorophyll flourescence character and yield of corn ( Zea mays L. ) were researched in different bulk density (BD) of deep soil layers using pool-culture experiments. The results showed that leaf area index (LAI),kernel number, grain weight and yield of corn were significantly different between treatments. The bigger the subsoil BD, the more significant the decrease in LAI, kernel number, grain weight and yield. At the same time, diurnal changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/ Fm,ФPS Ⅱ , qP, NPQ) were different between treatments at late growing stages. In different treatments, the order of the parameters(Fv/Fm,ФPS Ⅱ,qP) were T 224 〉T 244 〉T 226 〉T 246 〉 T 266. While change of non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) was just on the contrary. These param- eters (Fv/Fm,ФPS Ⅱ ,qP)decreased with the increase in soil BD of deep soil layers at each growing stage. NPQ increaed with the increase in subsoil BD. With the development of corn, Fv/Fm,ФPS Ⅱ and qP decreased gradually. While NPQ was just on the contrary.
