摘要
目的:观察沙棘果提取物对Wistar老龄鼠抗衰老作用。方法:给Wistar老龄大鼠灌胃沙棘果提取物,25d后,用生化法测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)的降解产物(MDA)的水平;用荧光法测定其大脑皮质脂褐素(Lipofusin)含量。结果:实验组灌胃沙棘果提取物与对照组比较,老龄大鼠体内MDA、Lipofusin含量明显下降;SOD、GSH-Px活力明显提高。结论:沙棘果提取物有降脂质过氧化的作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Buckthron-fruit extract on anti-aging in old Wistar rats. Method： After 25 day feeding, we detected the level of LPO （MDA）, SOD, GSH-Px in the serum and the Lipofusin in the cerebral cortex. Results：The exeriment group produced markedly decteased LPO（MDA） and Lipofusin and produced markedly improved activity of SOD and GSH-Px,compare with the control group. Conclusions： The Buckthron-fruit extrace can inhibit the lipid peroxidation and have more an anti-oxidative effect.
