摘要
多孔氮化硅陶瓷具有优良的机械性能,成为人们研究的热点问题。首次从原料成分设计、成型方法和烧结条件等方面出发阐述了国内外多孔氮化硅陶瓷主要制备技术的最新研究状况,分析了各种制备技术的优缺点,并指出多孔氮化硅陶瓷未来研究的重点是高性能氮化硅陶瓷制备工艺的量化和实际生产的低成本化。
Porous Si3 N4 ceramics have been a hot research area because of the excellent mechanical behavior. The main preparation methods are reviewed in the paper, in view of the composite design, the molding methods and the sintering condition respectively. The advantages and disadvantages existing in these preparation methods are analyzed. The future research work will be focused on the quantification of these preparation methods for excellent porous ceramics and new ones for the low-cost preparation technology.
