摘要
设计了一套针对带式输送机的监控系统。论述了系统的结构与软、硬件实现方法,重点阐述了上位机的通信以及InTouch的软件编程。应用表明系统设计合理,达到了节能降耗、减人提效的目的。
A set of real - time monitoring and controlling system of belt conveyor is designed. The systematic structure, software and hardware implementation method was described, and the communication of the local computer and software program of InTouch was explained. Application shows that the system design is reason- able. It is of great significance for reducing staff and saving energy in coal transportation system.
