摘要
目的:探讨西酞普兰对患者心电图的影响。方法:97例抑郁症患者随机分成研究组(50例)及对照组(47例),分别使用西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗。于治疗前及治疗后4、8周检查心电图。结果:西酞普兰与阿米替林对抑郁症患者的心电图均有影响。但西酞普兰组所致心电图改变发生率明显低于阿米替林组(P<0.01),心电图异常程度轻,以窦性心动过速为主。结论:西酞普兰可引起心电图发生改变,但其发生率低,心电图改变程度轻,安全性较大。
Objective：To explore the change of EKG caused by Citalopram. Methods ：97 inpatients with depression were randomly assigned to two groups ;the experimental group （50cases） and the control group （47cases）. The patient in the two groups were treated by Citalopram or Amitriptyline respectively, and were checked EKG before and after the treatment 4th and 8th week. Results： Both of Citalopram and Amitriptyline had effected to EKG of the patients. In the experimental group the abnormal rate of EKG was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, and the Severity of electrocardiography abnormality was slight. The most of them was sinus tachycardial Conclusions： Citalopram can cause electrocardiography abnormality, but the abnormal rate is lower and the Severity is slight. It has a favorable safety.
