摘要
现场总线技术作为连接生产现场的仪表、控制器等自动化装置的通信网络,是新一代分布式控制系统的核心技术,在电力行业内,特别是在火电厂自动控制领域中具有广阔的前景。结合山西漳山发电有限责任公司化学水处理系统的生产工艺,着重介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线在其程控系统中的实际应用;重点阐述了总线网络结构与配置,并对系统调试维护中的部分细节加以说明。同时,也对应用后的结果进行了讨论,证明了现场总线技术应用于电力系统的优越性。
Fieldbus, as a network communication technology connecting instrument, controlling machine and other automatization equipments in the production worksite, is a core technology of a new generation of distributed control system. In the electricity industry,especially in the automation system of power plant,it has a bright future. This paper,considering process control in the chemical water treatment system of Zhangshan Power Plant,introduces too much application of PROFIBUS in its programmable control system, emphasizes fieldbus network structure and configuration and explains partial details in debugging and maintenance on the system. What's more, this paper also discusses the results of application and proves the superiority of fieldbus applied to power system.
