摘要
论述了面临许多困难的中国有色金属矿业汲取重组工程、精益生产、灵捷制造的核心思想，实现企业再造的必要性；探讨了创建以市场为出发点的拉动式流程。
This paper discusses the necessity for the enterprises of China′s nonferrous metal mining industry, which are facing many difficulties, to take in the kernel ideas of reengineering, lean production and agile manufacturing so as realize the reconstruction of enterprises. It explores the specific blueprint of reengineering China′s nonferrous mining industry by means of creating pulling type process, taking market as its staring point, carrying out organic creation and establishing the integrated information network of the industry in the light of international competition.
