摘要
近二十年来,在英国绝大部分的医学院校中,临床沟通教学已经逐渐成为当前本科生医学课程的核心内容之一。本文分析了政治、社会、历史和政策这些关键因素的作用及其对于临床沟通发展的影响。
This paper sets out to analyze and interpret the complex events of the last 20 years in order to understand how the teaching and learning of clinical communication has emerged as a core part of the modern undergraduate medical curriculum in most medical schools in the UK. The author analyses the effects of key political, sociological, historical and policy influences on clinical communication development.
