不同中医治法对心力衰竭大鼠心功能及心肌能量代谢的对比研究 被引量:8

Comparable Study of Different Treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Cardiac Function and Energy Metabolism of Rats with Congestive Heart Failure

摘要 目的:观察不同中医治法对心力衰竭大鼠心功能和能量代谢的影响。方法:采用冠状动脉结扎致心肌梗死的心力衰竭模型,通过大鼠血流动力学指标以及心肌能量代谢相关酶类活性来反映不同中医治法对心力衰竭大鼠的影响。结果:(1)血流动力学检测显示,生脉饮可以显著提高心力衰竭大鼠LVSP、±dp/dtmax,降低模型大鼠LVEDP(P<0.05);真武汤可以显著提高心力衰竭大鼠LVSP、±dp/dtmax,降低模型大鼠LVEDP(P<0.05)。(2)心肌组织LDH、PK活性检测显示,生脉饮可以提高心力衰竭大鼠心肌组织PK活性,降低LDH活性(P<0.05);而真武汤对于模型大鼠心肌组织PK及LDH活性没有显著改善。结论:生脉饮和真武汤均能改善心衰大鼠的心脏收缩和舒张功能,但在能量代谢方面具有不同作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on cardiac function and energy metabolism of rat with congestive heart failure. Methods : Congestive Heart Failure models because of AMI caused by ligation of main branch of left coronary artery were used to find out the influence of different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on cardiac function and the activity of energy metabolism enzymes. Results : (1) The detection of haemodynamics show that Shengmai Yin could obviously increase the LVSP, ±dp/dt max and decrease the LVSP on congestive heart failure rat (P 〈0.05). Zhenwu Tang could obviously increase the LVSP, dp/dt max and decrease the LVSP on congestive heart failure rat ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;(2) The activity of LDH and PK show that Shengmai Yin could increase the activity of PK, and decrease the activity of LDH ( P 〈0.05); however, about Zhenwu Tang , there was not any obviously improvement about the activity of LDH and PK on congestive heart failure rat. Conclusion : Shengmai Yin and Zhenwu Tang were all able to improve the systole and diastolic function of rats with congestive heart failure, but there were some different effectiveness on energy metabolism.
