摘要
企业家成长动力机制的核心是以经济体制、文化体制和宏观政策制度为载体的运行机制,是驱动企业家成长的根本性动力。动力机制的高效、协调运转是促进企业家成长的基础和保障。通过对吉林省境内的500余家民营企业的708名企业家成长的环境进行实证研究证明,构建高效运转的动力机制,驱动东北区域民营企业家成长的核心应是创新文化体制、完善宏观政策制度、加快市场化进程、建立企业家市场、加强培养规划、完善培养机制。
the core of the motivation system for private enterpriser is the operating system which takes the economy system, culture system and macroscopical policy system as the carrier. This article works together with the subject team "research on the growing and developing of private enterpriser in northeast China" , doing typical interview, questionnaire survey, special subject symposium. In this way, the demonstration research result have been carried out on more than 700 private enterprisers. From the three angles -economy system, culture system and macroscopical policy system, research has been done to explore and research the major problem existing in the cultivating and growing of private enterpriser in Jilin province as well as the reasons for these problems. Furthermore, policy suggestion has been put forward aimed at these existing problems. So, it gives important reference for the cultivating and growing of private caterer in northeast China.
