正交实验优选南山茶子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的优选南山茶子中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法采用乙醇-水法从南山茶子中提取总黄酮,利用正交实验优选总黄酮最佳提取工艺,考察乙醇浓度、时间、温度、浸提次数及料液比对总黄酮收率的影响。结果总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:20倍量70%乙醇-水在80℃下提取两次,2.5 h/次,总黄酮的收率为3.42%,总黄酮含量为18.55%。结论醇-水提取法可用于南山茶子中总黄酮的提取,其中料液比对总黄酮的提取影响较大。 Objective To optimize the technology for extracting total flavonoids from Camellia semiserrata Chi. seeds. Methods The seeds were extracted using ethanol - aqueous, and the extract rate of total flavonoids were studied by orthogonal test, inspecting solvent concentration of extraction, the effects of time of extraction, temperature of extraction, number of times, solvent times of extraction. Results The optimum extracting technology was as follows : with 20 times 70% ethanol - aqueous, extracting 2 times at 80℃ for 2.5 h once. By this technology the extract rate of total flavonoids was 3.42% and the content of total flavonoids was 18.55%. Conclusion This method can be applied to the extraction of total flavonoids in Camellia semiserrata Chi. seeds. The extracting solvent times shows objective effects.
