摘要
高校教学秘书存在的心理失范现象,主要表现为缺乏足够的职业动力、非智能因素相对缺失等。这些心理失范问题有着主观、客观和制度方面的原因。鉴于此,高校教学秘书心理失范的调适策略应建立在优化办公环境和改革现有教学管理体制的基础上,并在调适策略上帮助其正确认识自我的心理状态、及时培养广泛的兴趣爱好和加强职业素质的持续锻炼。
At present, psychological deviations of teaching secretary, in university are as follows: lack of adequate occupational motivations, shortage of non-capacity factors, aseidia of emotions, more pressure of mentality, low evaluation of occupational values, etc. And all these problems have subjective, objective, and institutional reasons. During new period of time, the optimizing strategies shall be based on the foundation of making working environment better and innovating current teaching administrative system. And at the same time, we shall help teaching secretary, to understand themselves correctly, to cultivate interests of work, and to take exercise of occupational quality.
