摘要
本文介绍了软件项目管理所包括的主要内容和管理过程,分析了当前软件项目管理工作中存在的主要问题、产生的原因和造成的危害,并提出了后续的工作建议。
In this paper, The main content and management process of the software program management were introduced. The main problems ,the cause and shortcoming of the current software program management was analyzed. And some suggestions useful in Software program Management, Quality Control and Risk Management were given.
