摘要
网络环境拓展了图书馆的读者服务功能,促使读者服务社会化。随着图书馆读者信息需求意识和要求的不断提高,图书馆的读者服务也需与信息网络相结合为读者提供全方位多层次的服务领域。
The serving function of library has expanded in network enviroment, which urged the necessity for reader service socialization. With the increase of library reader＇s require for information, the service in library must provide readers with all- dimensional and multitiered serving field by combining with information and intemet.
