阿托伐他汀对高血压患者C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:研究阿托伐他汀对高血压患者C反应蛋白及血脂的影响。方法:60例高血压患者随机分为对照组和阿托伐他汀组(治疗组)。两组均常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组每晚睡前服用阿托伐他汀20mg,共8周。检测两组治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血压、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和三酰甘油变化。结果:两组降压效果无显著差异;治疗后对照组胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和三酰甘油无明显变化,而治疗组胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、和三酰甘油显著降低,高密度脂蛋白升高。结论:阿托伐他汀除具有降脂作用外,还具有减轻血管炎性反应、改善内皮功能的作用。
