摘要
介绍了在开放式数控系统中使用主站卡与交流伺服驱动从站模块建立Profibus-DP网络。在VisualC++6.0环境下开发用于数据高速通信的接口程序。使用PID算法实现了对多个电机的同时控制,并在"SKY-2007"开放式数控系统中检验了通信的实时性。
This paper makes a clear explanation of the PROFIBUS-DP network,which is based on the master card and slave mod- ule in Open-CNC system.Under VC＋＋6.0 environment,a software was developed to achieve the high Speed communication. The controlling of Multi-motor System was completed by PID arithmetic, and the real time performance of this system communication was verified in ＂SKY -2007＂Open-CNC.
