摘要
目的设计一种新颖的颅内血肿穿刺引流系统,提高穿刺治疗的效率与安全。方法用特别的冲洗方式、连接办法和材料,设计、制作系统的各部件,各部件要求加工精细、表面光洁度好。结果应用本设计对颅内血肿行多例临床穿刺治疗,显现高效、安全、方便,且损伤小。结论非常适用于颅内血肿的治疗。
Objective This article introduces a novel puncturing-drainage system for intracranial haematoma. Methods We design each constituent element for the main part of the system using special rinsing means, connecting means and materials, and at the same time, get surgical backup equipment prepared to support our design. Results It is a more efficient, rapid, safe and convenient design with little damage when applied to clinical puncturing-treatment of intracranial haematoma. Conclusion This system is very suitable to puncturing-drainage for intracranial haematoma surgery.
