摘要
新开发的利用大电流密度对铝及铝合金表面进行阳极氧化处理的工艺,成膜速度快,处理温度范围宽,所得膜层厚度高,表面质量好,工件寿命大大提高。在已有研究的基础上进一步对此新工艺成膜机理进行探讨,通过建立了几个物理模型对膜层微观现象进行了分析。
A new anodic oxidation process with high current density was developed for rapid forming film on aluminum alloys. With the new process the film was formed rapidly, the oxidation temperature range was wide, the film thickness was high, the surface quality was good and the working life was improved greatly. The film forming mechanism was discussed. The micro-phenomenon of film is analyzed by some physical models.
