不同来源标本血清感染性指标分析在医院感染控制中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨不同人群中血液感染性指标检测在医院感染控制中的意义。方法:对我院过去一年间门诊、住院、健康体检者及本院职工体检者HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAbIgG、HBcAbIgM、抗HCV、抗HIV1+2、RPR等血清学指标进行检测分析。结果:门诊病人HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV1+2、RPR检出率分别为35.28%,4.77%,0.18%,3.07%。住院病人HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV1+2、RPR检出率分别为10.51%,1.23%,0.061%,1.76%。外来健康体检人员HB-sAg、抗HCV检出率分别为6.67%,0.50%,抗HIV1+2、RPR未检出。本院职工体检HBsAg检出率为3.54%。结论:门诊和住院病人血液感染性指标阳性率明显高于同期健康体检人员(P<0.05),是高危传染源。血液感染性指标阳性率在不同性别、年龄人群中分布也不相同。相关部门应根据感染源的分布情况,有针对性的做好医院感染防治工作。 Objective:To analyze the transfusion transmitted infectious markers in different crowd and investigate the prevention strategy of nosocomial infection. Methods:The serum markers of transfusion transmitted infections ( HBsAg, anti - HCV, anti - HIV and syphilis antibody) in outpatient, inpatient and physical check - up people, including ourselves hospital employee, were detected from 6/2007 to 6/2008. Results:The postive rates of HBsAg, anti - HCV, anti - HIV and syphilis antibody in outpatient were 35.28% ,4. 77% ,0. 18% ,3.07%, respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg, anti - HCV, anti - HIV and syphilis antibody in hospital patient were 10. 51%, 1.23 % ,0.061%, 1.76%, respectively. The percentage of H BsAg, anti - HCV positive in physical check - up people were 6. 67% ,0. 50%, respectively. The case of anti - HIV or syphilis antibody postive were not detected in check - up people. There were 3. 54% employee in our hospital have been detected to carry HBsAg. Conclusion : The positive rates of serum transfusion transmitted infectious marks in outpatient or inpatient are markedly higher than that in physical check - up people. Outpatient and inpatient were high risk infection resource. Related departments in hospital should efficiently develop work by distribution of infectious resouce.
