摘要 鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus),学名毛头鬼伞,是近年来发展较快的一种药食兼用的食用菌。结合实验室研究成果,从生物学特性、病虫害、分类和药用价值等方面详细阐述了国内对外鸡腿菇的研究进展。 Chicken-leg like mushroom or fituigu (Coprinus comatus) as people called it in Chinese Pinyin is one of the medicine-cum-food edible mushrooms developing fairly rapidly in China recently. Advanced progress of its research both home and abroad, its biological characters, disease and insect pest, classification, and its medical values, combining with fruit of study in the department were formulated in this paper.
