摘要
目的探讨一例食物中毒的病原菌。方法按照GB/T4789—2003及WS/T9-1996中食源性致病菌的检验方法,对所采集的食物中毒标本进行检验。结果18件标本中检出4A金黄色葡萄球菌,均产生肠毒素,未检出其它肠道致病菌。结论本次食物中毒的病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌。
Objective To find out the pathogen of one food poisoning. Methods 18 sampels from the food poisoning were tested according to GB/ T4789-2003 and WS/T9-1996. Results 4 strains Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from the samples and could produce Staphylococcal entorotoxin too. No other pathogen was found. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus was the pathogen of the food poisoning.
