摘要 采用液相色谱(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用测定白酒中砷的形态,各种砷形态的方法检出原(以砷计)分别为:AsB0.02ppb,DMA0.02ppb,As(Ⅲ)0.04ppb,MMA0.04ppb,As(Ⅴ)0.06ppb).以加标回收的方式评价方法的准确性,无机砷的加标回收率为85.1%—103.2%,相对标准偏差为2.52%—5.52%(n=6).根据所建立的方法,分析了市售部分白酒样品,其中无机砷的含量均未超出国家标准限量. The method for determination of arsenic species in liquor by using HPLC-ICP-MS has been developed . The mehod detection limits of each As species were as follows (count as As ): AsB 0. 02ppb, DMA 0. 02ppb, As (Ⅲ) 0 04ppb, MMA 0. 04ppb, As ( Ⅴ ) 0. 06ppb. The accuracy and precision of the method was evaluated by spike recovery testing. Recovery of inorganic arsenic were between 85. 1%-103.2% and the relative standard deviation were within 2. 52%-5.52% (n = 6) . Liquor sample from the market were analyzed according to the presented method hereby. The result showed that inorganic arsenic in the samples did not exceed national permission limits.
