Pilon骨折手术治疗难点及处理对策 被引量：7

摘要 Pilon骨折是指波及踝关节面的胫骨远端下1／3压缩或爆裂骨折，由于骨折复位、固定困难，术后并发症多，临床治疗较为棘手。Ⅱ、Ⅲ型（Rtiedi—Allgower分型）Pilon骨折指是胫骨远端粉碎伴压缩性骨折，关节面嵌压或爆裂，负重轴线损坏，其治疗则更为困难而常导致预后不良。我科自1998年3月至2005年7月手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折41例，报告如下。
