In the mechanical drive system, ball screw assembly is the key function unit. According to the actual cases, the typical failures such as surface damage, serious deformation, and break are pointed out, then the causes are analyzed, and finally the corresponding preventive measures such as relative installation, operation environment and reasonable lubrication etc. are put forward.
