摘要
TiB2不仅具有熔点高,电导率高,硬度高的特点,而且具有耐熔融铝液和冰晶石熔体的侵蚀、能被铝液良好润湿等特点,是铝电解惰性阴极材料的首选。系统介绍了国内外关于TiB2涂层阴极、TiB2基复合阴极、TiB2陶瓷板阴极3种惰性阴极的研究现状,并指出了今后的研究方向。
TiB2 is a candidate material for inert cathode in aluminium electrolysis because of its many super characteristics, not only high melting temperature, high hardness, excellent electrical conductivity, but also good corrosive resistance and good wettability with liquid aluminium. In this paper, the research status on TiB2-coating, TiB2-based composites and TiB2 ceramic plate is reviewed systemly, and give the future prospect.
