摘要
研究了在pH5.37(HAc-NaAc体系)时,表面活性剂对铋与meso-四(对磺酸基苯基)卟啉显色反应的作用.在苯羟乙酸存在下,水浴加热7min后,铋与该卟淋形成12的配合物,阴离子表面活性剂使该体系增敏并使其最大吸收波长红移,阳离子表面活性剂对该体系有负作用,非离子表面活剂对该体系无大影响.在阴离子表面活性剂存在下,λmax为468nm,ε为1.18×105Lmol-1cm-1.并将其用于药物分析,符合定量分析要求.
The action of surfactant to the colour reaction of bismuthmesotetra (4trimethylammoniumphenyl) prophrin(T(4TMAP)P)has been investigated. At pH 5.37,bismuth react with T(4TMAP)P forming a complex in the presence of C6H5CHOHCOOH.The anion surfactant can increase the sensitiveness of this system,and the λmax of the complex shift red, but the cation surfactant can decrease. The effect of nonion surfactant is not noticeable.The apparent molar absorptivety of the complex is 1.18×105L·mol-1.cm-1 and the molar ratio of Bi∶T(4TMAP)P is 1∶2.It has been applied to the determination of bismuth in the drag.
