肺癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 随着肿瘤发生发展分子机制的不断研究,基因诊断将会越来越多地应用在肺癌的肿瘤标志物上。目前尚未找到肺癌的特异性抗原,国内外研究人员已发现多种有潜力并用于肺癌早期诊断、临床分型和分期、预后判断和疗效观察的肿瘤生物标志。此篇以神经元特异性烯醇化酶、癌胚抗原、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原等基因表型标志以及丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的进化枝B的成员3、微管关联的同源物、脆性组胺酸三联体、DnaJ样热激蛋白40、醛酮还原酶家族1的成员B10等基因标志为例,对肺癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展作一综述。
