摘要
市场经济条件下办学经费成为了决定高等学校组织行为的重要因素。本文从高等学校面向市场筹措办学经费的主要渠道出发,结合经费筹措市场化的马太效应分析,从学校定位、学科构架、人才培养、专业设置和内部管理等几个方面提出地方高等学校的发展策略建议。
Fund - raising has been considered as an important factor for universities and colleges under the market economy. This paper discussed the main channels of universities and colleges' market - oriented fund - raising, analyzed its Matthew Effect, and advanced suggestions for the development strategy of local - owned colleges from the points of view of orientation, discipline, talent -training, specialty and internal management.
