摘要
以软枣猕猴桃腋芽为材料,研究了扩繁增殖和生根的最佳条件。结果表明,增殖培养基以MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+ZT 1mg/L为好,增殖倍数可达4.00倍;生根培养基以MS+IBA 0.2mg/L较好,生根率达87.0%。
The optimal factors for reproduction and rooting from axillary bud culture in vitro of Actinidia arguta were studied. MS medium supplemented with 6 - BA 0. 5mg/L and ZT 1.0mg/L was better for subculture and the monthly multiplication can reach 4. 00 times. MS medium added IBA 0. 2mg/L was better for rooting and the rooting rate of 87.0% was obtained.
