摘要
目的研究组织因子(TF)在肾癌中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法运用免疫组织化学M axV isionTM法分别检测30例肾癌组织及15例癌旁正常组织中TF的表达情况。结果TF在肾癌组织中的表达率90.0%(27/30)显著高于在癌旁正常组织中的表达率13.3%(2/15),且差异有显著性意义。结论TF与肾癌的发生、发展可能具有密切关系,它可能在肾癌的治疗方面具有一定意义。
Objective To study the expression of tissue faetor（TF）in renal cell carcinoma and investigate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of TF in 30 eases of renal cell carcinoma and 15 cases of normal kidney tissue was detected by MaxVision^TM immunhistochemistry method. Results The expression rate of TF in renal cell carcinoma （90.0% ,27/30）was significantly higher than that in normal kidney tissue （ 13.3%, 2/15） ,there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Maybe there is a close relationship between TF and renal cell carcinoma. TIc may be significant in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
