E-选择素在结肠癌中的研究现状 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤的发生、发展和转移需要多种粘附分子的参与,E-选择素是粘附分子选择素家族的一名重要成员,E-选择素是重要的粘附分子之一,能介导血小板、内皮细胞与中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞及肿瘤细胞之间的粘附,与肿瘤侵袭转移密切相关。E-选择素及其配体在结肠癌中的表达强度增加和(或)患者血浆中的浓度升高,提示结肠癌易发生侵袭转移,预后差,研究表明检测E-选择素及其配体水平,可作为结肠癌的一项预后指标。
