摘要
目的观察二氧化碳激光包皮环切术疗效方法。方法对234例采用二氧化碳激光功率30w、波长10.6um、光斑<0.5mm、工作电压150ⅴ、工作电流15mA、距离系带1cm处用光刀沿阴茎环切1周。结果本组234例均一期愈合,切口无感染、无出血、无瘢痕形成。结论对传统手术进行了改进,提出了改良袖套式术式并取得了较好疗效。
Objective The purpose of observation of carbon dioxide laser effect of circumcision methods. Methods 234 cases of carbon dioxide laser power 30w, at 10.6 urn, spot 〈 0.5mm, operates 150 V, operating current 15 mA, with distance of lcm knife along with the penis circumcision one week. Results This homogeneous group of 234 cases of healing,with no incision, no bleeding,no scar, no suture,no rewirable. Conclusion of traditional surgery was improved, made-for-cuff improved and achieved a good effect.
