摘要
研究了合成微细纤维在彩喷纸涂料中的应用。研究内容包括合成微细纤维作为颜料的临界颜料体积浓度(CPVC),配成涂料后涂层的不透明度、亮度和光泽度。结果表明,微细纤维的CPVC为50%(对涂料的质量比)左右。与高光泽胶体二氧化硅相比,微细纤维涂料涂层表现出非常好的不透明度、亮度和光泽度。
Micro-fiber is a lately developed fiber material. The paper studied the application of micro-fiber in inkjet paper coatings. The critical pigment volume concentration (CPVC), coating layer opacity, brightness and gloss were studied in detail. The results indicated that the micro-fiber CPVC is around 50%( weight ratio to coatings). In addition, compared with colloid silica which has high gloss property for inkjet coatings, the micro-fiber coating layer displays the better quality of excellent opacity, higher brightness and gloss.
