摘要
分析了变频调速在桥式起重机大车行走双电动机拖动上的应用情况。根据桥式起重机行走机构桥架两端负载分配不相等的特点,指出同一台交流变频器同时供给两台鼠笼型电动机、拖动起重机大车行走机构是不理想的。指出对这类生产机械最好是每台电动机由一台变频器单独供电,并有速度和转矩检测环节组成的单片机控制闭环系统,以实现两台电动机的同步协调运转。
The application of variable-frequency adjustable-speed to towing of bridge crane cart driving double-motor is analyzed in this paper. The same AC converter, which feeds two squirrel-cage motors to tow the crane cart driving mechanism at same time, is not ideal because of the different loads at two end of bridge frame. The best method is that each motor is supplied with a independent converter. The closed loop system controlled with chip computer, which is composed of speed and torque detection link, should exist to realize synchronous coordinate running for two motors.
