摘要
笔者给出了对艾滋病疗法评价、预测及确定最佳治疗终止时间方案的数学评价方法.根据美国艾滋病医疗试验机构ACTG公布的两组数据,采用了对艾滋病患者体内CD4及HI V浓度变化数据的线性回归方程的斜率及其一阶差分进行了分析.判断CD4浓度是否有加速下降趋势及HI V浓度是否有加速下降趋势,以及HI V浓度是否有加速上升趋势,断定相关药物对病人治疗是否有效,从而决定何时终止继续用药.结合对斜率数据的频率分布图像的分析,对4种疗法患者CD4浓度的线性回归方程的斜率的均值进行比较,判断出疗效的相对优劣.最后考虑4种疗法的费用,判断病人用药方案.
In this paper is given to AIDS therapy assessment prediction and determine the best time for termination of the programme of mathematical evaluation methods AIDS medical experiments under the United States announced the two agencies ACTG data,we have adopted a CIM in patients with AIDS and HIV concentration data. The linear regression equation and the solpe of the first order differential were analyzed. Determine whether there is a concentration of CD4 accelerted downward trend and whether there is a concentration of HIV accelerated upward trend, related drugs to determine whether effective treatment of the patient to decide when to terminate treatment. Combined with the slope of the frequency distribution of image data analysis, we have four kinds of therapy in patients with CD4 concentration of the slope of the linear regression equation to compare the average, to determine the relative merits of efficacy. Finally consider the cost of four kinds of therapy, patients use judgement programme.
