摘要
牛磺酸具有独特的药物保健生物学功能,其制备方法很多,通过试验分析比较,确定了等电点法从文蛤中提取牛磺酸的新方法。该法具有简单快捷,条件易控,无污染,产率高,投入少等优点,为牛磺酸的提取开辟了一条新途径。并对牛磺酸的抗癌、降血压、降血糖、抗衰老和营养保健等生物学功能在医学领域的应用进行了讨论。
Taurine is of good medical--care function in physiology. There are many methods to extract taurine, but a new method was worked out by comparing and analyzing experimental results, that is, extracting taurine from meretrix meretrix by isoelectric point method. This new method offer advantages such as simple in operation, easy in controlling, no pollution, higher yield and lower cost. It opens a new way for the extraction of taurine. The taurine＇s medical application in anti--cancer, blood pressure lowering, hypoglycemic effect, anti--senility and health--care activity were also discussed.
