摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了橡胶O形圈及其边界的有限元模型,分析了不同油压和初始压缩率下形状的变化和应力的分布,以及最大接触压力和油压、初始压缩率的关系,描述了O形圈可能出现裂纹的位置,为合理地安装和使用提供了理论依据。
By utilizing finite element analysis software ANSYS, a finite element model for rubber O--sealing ring and its boundry was set up. The change of shape and stress distribution under different oil pressure and initial compressibility was analyzed, and the relations between maximum contact stress, oil pressure and initial compressibility was deduced. Then the position of possible crack was described , which is a theoretical basis for reasonable installation and use.
