摘要
参麦注射液是由人参、麦冬为组方制成的中药复方注射液,具有抑制氧自由基生成和抗脂质过氧化等作用,能有效的治疗缺血性卒中。大面积脑梗死是缺血性中风最危重的类型,治疗难度高。通过对参麦注射液治疗脑梗死的作用机制的研究,探讨参麦注射液治疗急性大面积脑梗死的发展前景和临床意义。
The Shen Mai injection made up of Ren Shen and Mai Dong , which plays an important role in inhibition of oxygen species generation and lipid over oxidation, can effectively cure the cerebral ischemic stroke. Since the large area cerebral infarction is worst and hard to be treated in the cerebral ischemic stroke, by reviewing the mechanisms that Shen Mai injection acts on cerebral infarction, the article discusses the prospect and significance of the Shen Mai injection in large area cerebral infarction field.
