交流伺服系统模糊内模PID控制器设计 被引量:11

摘要 针对高精度交流伺服系统,将内模控制和模糊控制相结合,提出了一种模糊内模PID控制器设计方法。该控制器仅有一个可调参数,且能根据系统的偏差及其变化,利用模糊逻辑在线自动整定,克服了常规内模控制器参数整定要在系统标称性能和鲁棒性之间进行折衷选择的局限性,仿真结果表明模糊内模PID控制器既改善了系统的动态特性,又增强了系统的鲁棒性,将该控制器应用于某位置伺服系统,实验结果表明系统的性能和精度明显优于常规内模控制。 A novel method of combining the internal model control PID (IMC-PID) and fuzzy systems theory is proposed in this paper to design a controller for a class of high-accuracy AC servo systems. The proposed controller has only one adjustable parameter, and it can be regulated online according to the system error and its change by means of the fuzzy logic method. This scheme avoids the tradeoff between robustness and dynamic property when adjusting the controller parameter. Simulation results show that both of robustness and dynamic property are satisfactory. In addition, the controller is applied into a position tracking system. The experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve a better system performance and a higher precision than the conventional IMC does.
