摘要
合成了不同硅铝比的 HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,并考察了该催化剂上甲醇制丙烯(MTP)反应的催化性能。结果表明,随着硅铝比增加,HZSM-5分子筛子催化剂的稳定性及对丙烯的选择性增加;强酸对提高丙烯的选择性不利;随反应进行,强酸性位被覆盖,丙烯选择性上升。分子筛水蒸汽处理后大大提高了其催化稳定性及对丙烯的选择性。
HZSM-5 zeolites with different ratios of SiO2 to A1203 were synthesized and the MTP (methonal to propylene) reaction was investigated over the zeolite catalysts. The experimental results indicated that the propylene selectivity and the stability of HZSM-5 zeolite increased with the increase o{ SIO2/Al2O3 ratio. Strong acid was not benefit to improve the propylene selectivity, the propylene selectivity increased with the coverage of strong acid sites. The propylene selectivity and the stability of catalyst was greatly improved by hydrothermal treatment to HZSM-5 zeolite.
