摘要
大量废弃锂离子电池会对环境造成污染,而且也造成资源浪费。近年来,从锂离子废旧电池中回收有价资源的研究发展很快。干法和湿法技术比较成熟,但存在能耗高、二次污染、资源回收率不高等问题。未来的研究方向是寻找一种更为合理、有效、清洁的金属回收和资源利用途径,而生物浸出技术有望充当这一角色。
The millions of spent Li-ion batteries can cause an environmental pollution and resource waste. The many methods for recovering value metals from the spent batteries are developed in recent years. Pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy, which are the two main methods to treat spent lithium ion batteries, are comparative maturity but they have some problems such as high energy consumption, secondary pollution or low recovery efficiency, and so on. The research prospective to recovery valuable metals from spent lithium ion batteries is to find a route for recovering and recycling the valuable metals in a high efficiency and environmentally friendly way. Bioleaching is a hopeful technology.
