摘要
目的:探讨微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2005年3月至2006年6月经我院确诊的复发尖锐湿疣患者186例,除去49例不符合条件者,余下137例可供分析病例。治疗包括微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶(A组)77例,对照组60例采用单纯微波治疗;两组病人均在手术后4、8、16、24周随访。结果:A、B两组出现再次复发的趋势相似,即随着时间延长,再次复发的机会越多。在治疗后24周,A组13%(10/77)出现再次复发,B组40%(24/60)出现再次复发,两组比较有显著性差异(x^2=13.19,p<0.01)。两组出现的不良反应短暂而轻微。结论:微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗复发性尖锐湿疣能够有效预防再次复发,同时具有安全、方便和价廉等特点。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of microwaves in combiation with recombinant interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of recurrent condylomata acuminata.Methods：There were one-hundred and eight six patients with recurrent condylomata acuminata diagnosed in our clinic between March 2005 and June 2006,from which 49 ineligible patients were excluded.The remaining 137 patients were to be retrospectively analyzed.Treatment modalities included microwaves combined with recombinant interferon α-2b gel for 77 patients （arm A）,and microwaves alone for 60 patients （arm B）.Follow-up was carried out at 4,8,16, and 24 weeks after the completion of surgery.Results：Similar re-recurrent patterns in both two arms were observed;namely the prolonged follow-up was associated with the more possibilities to re-recur.In the 137 patients evaluated for efficacy after 24 weeks,re-recurrence rates were 13%（10/77） in arm A and 40%（24/60） in arm B（x^2=13.19.p〈0.01）.Transient and minor adverse events were present in both of the two arms.Conclusion：In the treament of recurrent condylomata acuminata,the utlization of microwaves in combiation with recombiant interferon α-2b gel can effectively prevent re-recurrence;this comprehensive treatment modality is characerized by its safety,convenience and low-cost.
