摘要 通过SWOT分析,总结西安欧亚学院教师队伍的优势和劣势,教师队伍建设面临的机会和威胁。提出构建有竞争力的教学团队要做到4点。(1)建立共同的愿景与核心价值观:成为中国最受尊重的私立大学及责任、创新、伙伴、有用。(2)确定学院人才培养质量观:集中优势资源夯实基础,树立"客户导向"型质量观。(3)开发和应用教师胜任能力模型:建立教师岗位序列的胜任力模型。(4)推行弹性化"全面薪酬模型":包含宽级式薪酬、福利、平衡工作与生活、绩效与认可、个人发展与职业机会。最后探讨了人力资源部门与教学单位在教学团队建设中的角色和职责。 By use of the analytical method of SWOT, this paper summarizes the strengths and weakness of teacher teams of Xi' an Eurasia University as well as the opportunities and threats that have to be faced in constructing the teams. In order to mold competitive teaching teams, the paper provides four strategies : ( 1 ) to share the vision of "developing Xi' an Eurasia University into the most respectable private university of China" and the outlook on core values of "responsibility, invention, partnership and usefulness"; (2) to determine the concept of talent training quality--to lay a solid foundation by concentrating advantageous resources and to be "client-oriented" ; (3) to develop and apply the teacher qualification models--to establish the qualification models for teachers' positions sequence ; (4) to apply the elastic "overall salary paying models", including the wide salary, welfare, balanced work and life, performance and recognition, personal development and career opportunities. Finally, this paper discusses the roles and responsibilities of human resources departments and teaching organizations in constructing teaching teams.
