摘要
盐泥是盐化工业生产过程中产生的固体废物,稀硅酸盐欠饱和盐水钻井液是盐膏层钻井的成熟技术之一。以江汉盐化工总厂滤前盐泥为研究对象,以现有钻井液配方为基准,研制了盐泥、稀硅酸盐欠饱和盐水钻井液配方。室内实验结果表明,配制与基准配方相同密度、相同pH值的钻井液,随着盐泥加量的增加,可改善钻井液的流变性能,其动塑比值增加、流性指数值减小、稠度系数值增加;并可改善钻井液的滤失性能,其API滤失量降低。该盐泥体系可整体应用于稀硅酸盐欠饱和盐水钻井液的配制,实现盐泥的资源化,并可降低该体系钻井液的成本,对于实现盐化工业的清洁生产具有重要意义。
Brine sludge is solid wastes produced during salts chemical production procedures.Thin under-saturated silicate brine drilling fluid is one of the well-proven technologies for drilling salts and gypsum rocks.Based on the existing drilling fluid formulation,the unfiltered brine sludge samples from Jianghan Salts Chemicals Plant were taken to study the formulation of the brine sludge and the thin under-saturated silicate brine drilling fluid.The experiments show that when preparing brine drilling fluid with same density and pH value as the basic formulation,the rheologic properties of the fluid will improve with the increase of the brine sludge,the dynamic plastic ratio value will increase,liquidity index value will decrease,and consistency index will increase,at the same time the filtration performance of the drilling fluid will improve,and the API filtration will decrease.This brine sludge system can be totally used in preparation of thin under-saturated silicate brine drilling fluid,which is not only a way to use the brine sludge as a resource and to realize the clean production in salts chemicals industry,but also of a help to reduce the drilling fluid cost.
